The objective of this project has been to update and modernize the common areas of this apart-hotel located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

With a surface of around 1800 m2 of interior common areas, the project has been proposed with the fundamental premises of restructuring the interior distribution to expand the dining areas, improve the operation and efficiency of the hotel service workflows, improve facilities to respond to contemporary needs, updating the interior design of the hotel, achieving a fresh, young and bright image that is colorful. The renovated spaces have been lounges, bar, restaurant, reception and disco, as well as all the server spaces of these.

Taking care of the details in all the project phases, we intervened in the basic and execution project as well as in the direction of the architectural and interior design work. From the distribution of the spaces, to the exclusive design of furniture and the intervention in the new corporate image of the hotel, updating the logos, signage, etc. as well as the website.
